Here are 3 small changes you make to your everyday life that will help you with your acne problem;
1. Washing – Contrary to popular belief, washing your skin continually is not a good thing for acne. If you wash your skin many times a day you can often aggravate the skin and worsen your acne which is obviously the last thing you want to do. Instead, you should wash your skin 2-3 times a day, but also make sure that you do so gently.
2. Water – Most people don’t drink enough water. Water, whilst having many health benefits is also a very important component to maintaining healthy skin. Water helps rid your body of unwanted toxins and oils which is very important for getting rid of acne. You should aim to drink 8-9 glasses a day, at a minimum.
3. Showering – It’s very important that you shower regularly, sometimes even two or three times a day. When you sweat and it begins to dry up, it will contribute to worsening your acne. For this reason, it’s very important that you shower after any form of exercise or any time that you’ve been sweating.
The three methods discussed above are very minor changes that you can make very easily and will reap great benefits as a result.
